The Warren-Waukegan Fire Protection District Board passed Ordinance (NO. 2014-O-1) [pdf] to reflect the close intergovernmental relationship and cooperative spirit between the Village of Gurnee and the Warren-Waukegan Fire Protection District.
The ordinance adopts the Fire Prevention Code of the Village of Gurnee, including any and all of the associated penalty provisions/clauses of the Fire Prevention Code of the Village, and any subsequent amendments or revisions to the Fire Prevention Code of the Village properly adopted by the Village as the Fire Prevention Code of the Warren-Waukegan Fire Prevention District.
